Hi, I’m Amber.

I know firsthand what it feels like to be in a state of constant dieting.

I struggled with my weight for many years.

The traditional approach to weight loss never resonated with me…

And all the restrictive diets and extreme exercise routines simply didn’t feel aligned with me.

During my time as a yoga and fitness instructor and personal trainer, I always felt that I was missing something when it came to helping both my clients and myself to lose weight sustainably and get in shape.
