Do you have beginner workouts?

Yes! There are beginner workouts, and low impact workouts as well!

How many workouts should I do each day?

1 is certainly enough each day, but don’t over do it. You should be having fun!

What are your qualifications?

I am a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. I am a 200HR YTT Yoga teacher; along with certifications in Mindfulness, Meditation and Stress Reduction, Kickboxing, DanceFit, and more. Wellness is my passion, and I’m excited to share it with you.
